Shipment

We ship your order within 2 working days after placing your order, except during busy periods. No orders will be shipped on weekends, during our holidays or on legal holidays in Belgium.

If you want an order to be shipped from us the same day or you need something urgently, please contact our customer service before placing the order. We will be happy to see how we can best help you.

We work together with DPD or Bpost for the delivery of your order.

Orders from €59.00 are shipped free of charge in Benelux and France (mainland only).

The shipping costs for deliveries within Belgium for orders under €59 are €5.95 for orders larger than €10 or €8.95 for orders smaller than €10.

The shipping costs for deliveries within the Netherlands (mainland only) are €5.95 from an amount of €25 or €8.95 for an order smaller than €25.

The shipping costs for deliveries within France (mainland only) are €10 for an order smaller than €59. .

In the event that you receive your order in partial deliveries, the shipping costs will only be charged once.

Shipping costs charged are never refunded.
