You will need the following products to create this
Take a craft pipe cleaner and bend it into a heart shape. Do this several more times but take different lengths.
Wrap a piece of rope around the heart shapes.
Attach a bell to one of the hearts using a piece of metal wire.
Take a craft pipe cleaner, fold it in half. Make sure there is a loop at the top.
Now attach the hearts to the twisted pipe cleaner with a piece of rope.
Your Valentine decoration pendant is ready.
